This Privacy Policy describes how Bitcoin Miner (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Note: Bitcoin Miner is a simulation/rewards game. It does not perform any real cryptocurrency mining on your device and does not use your device’s processing power to mine cryptocurrency. In-app balances are earned through in-app activity and may be redeemed according to the App’s rules.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

Account information When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic Google account profile information.
Username A display name you choose. Your username may be shown publicly to other users on the in-app leaderboard.
Payout details The Lightning address and/or Bitcoin (on-chain) address you enter in order to receive withdrawals.

2.2 Information collected automatically

App activity Your in-app balance, earned rewards, mining/game activity, and withdrawal history (amount, status, timestamp, Lightning invoice, payment hash).
Device & technical data Device identifiers, advertising identifier, IP address, app version, operating system, and similar diagnostic data collected by our service providers (e.g., for analytics, crash reporting, and advertising).
Anti-fraud device fingerprint A one-way hash (SHA-256) of the Android device identifier, used only to check that a single device is not collecting payouts on several accounts. The raw identifier never leaves your device, the hash cannot be reversed, it is never shared with advertisers or any third party, and it is used for no other purpose. If you changed accounts on the same device and a payout is refused, contact us and we will release it.

2.3 Advertising data

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process your advertising ID and other device data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage your account and in-app balance;
Process and pay out your withdrawal requests (via the Lightning Network or on-chain Bitcoin);
Display the public leaderboard;
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App;
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms;
Display advertisements;
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

Service providers that help us run the App, including:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) account and app data storage. See Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob advertising. See: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Lightning / payment infrastructure To pay out your withdrawals, the necessary payment details (e.g., your Lightning address or invoice) are transmitted to the Lightning payment provider used to send your funds.
Other users Your chosen username is publicly visible on the leaderboard.
Legal reasons If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including the security features provided by Google Firebase, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Account & data deletion To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at mine.bitcoin.app@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.
Advertising choices You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings (Google Ads).

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 18 and is intended for a general/adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence (including by Google), where data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
